Veteran Welcome Home Kits
If you were previously homeless and recently put into housing or currently homeless and going to be placed into housing, you may qualify for the Welcome Home Kit. This kit contains items for your home like dishes, cookware, small appliances, blankets, bed, furniture, toiletries, paper goods, laundry items, broom, mop, detergents, etc. All the items needed in a new home for you. You will have to provide ID and proof of Veteran status. Possibly additional information. If you are currently in danger of becoming homeless, please let us help you navigate through the maze of providers that may be able to assist.
